Job Summary
The Regional Vice-President, CVE (Catering, Venues & Events) will lead strategic growth and operational excellence across the division, driving revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with expertise in the premium hospitality space who can foster strong client partnerships and build high-performing teams. This position has a highly entrepreneurial scope and is responsible for managing a portfolio of distinct businesses, each with its own operational and cultural dynamics.

- Strategic Leadership: Demonstrates the ability to set clear direction, align teams, and drive growth across diverse markets.
- Operational Excellence: Experienced in managing complex, high-profile catering, venues, and events operations with a focus on efficiency and profitability.

- Minimum of 10+ years of related management experience in a multi-unit/multi-faceted facility and food service environment.
- Must have proven financial management experience within a matrixed organization managing a comparable-sized portfolio.
- Post-secondary education in a related field. MBA or master’s degree in a related field an asset.
