Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as our Learning Architect, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course deployment, user management, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Manage updates to our development pages ensuring content accuracy, usability, and accessibility.
- Evaluate, implement, and support learning technologies and platforms that improve the learner’s experience.
- Manage the learning system performance; content, layout and structure, to ensure system reliability and performance that maintains and builds learner confidence.
- Coordinate and support enterprise-wide learning programs..
- Monitor and manage the learning team inbox.
- Plan and support the logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Track and maintain training supplies and ensure readiness for all classroom-based sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records and oversee compliance reporting through the LMS.
- Track participation and program effectiveness using data and metrics; prepare dashboards and reports as needed.
- Maintain program documentation, standard operating procedures, and a centralized learning calendar.
Think you have what it takes to be our Learning Architect? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role:
- 3+ years’ experience in LMS administration or learning coordination.
- Skilled with LMS platforms
- Knowledge of learning content standards (SCORM, xAPI)
- Proficient in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Moodle, IsEasy, Camtasia, Canva, etc.)
- Experienced in managing digital learning platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator with a customer service focus
