Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled UKG Workforce Management Analyst to support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our UKG WFM system.
Now, if you were to come on board as our UKG Workforce Management Analyst, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Administer and support UKG Workforce Management modules.
- Configure and maintain pay rules, work rules, schedules, and labour tracking codes in alignment with both non-union and unionized workforce requirements.
- Ensure system functionality aligns with collective agreement terms.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve system or data discrepancies related to time, scheduling, and accruals.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Labour Relations, and Operations teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance with internal controls.
- Support timecard reconciliation processes, time approvals, and exception tracking.
- Participate in and support system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements.
- Conduct testing and validation for configuration changes, enhancements, and software patches.
- Create and maintain end-user documentation and provide training to Operations teams where required.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is ideal.
- 5+ years of experience in a Workforce Management systems role, with at least 2 years specifically working with UKG WFM products is an asset.
- Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces, including unionized environments.
- In-depth knowledge of UKG Workforce Management configuration (pay rules, schedule groups, accrual profiles, interfaces).
- Familiarity with data integration concepts (APIs, SFTP, middleware) between UKG and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, HRIS).
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Workforce reporting, or other UKG analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
