Job Summary
As the Senior Manager, HRIS, you are responsible for leading the HRIS function with a focus on UKG Pro, Workforce Management, and enterprise reporting. You’ll manage a cross-functional team to implement, optimize, and govern HR tech for 25,000+ employees, ensuring scalable, compliant systems that align with Compass Group’s people-first culture.

- Lead and mentor the HRIS team.
- Develop and execute the HRIS roadmap in alignment with People & Culture and enterprise priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between HRIS and senior stakeholders across the organization.
- Oversee the configuration, optimization, and support of UKG Pro and UKG WFM.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, self-service, and mobile enablement.
- Ensure system integrity, compliance, and data governance across all UKG platforms.
- Lead the development and management of Reporting/BI/Dashboards and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage large-scale HRIS projects including new module rollouts, upgrades, and integrations.
- Champion change management efforts, including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Previous UKG Pro and WFM consulting and/or deployment experience is highly valued.
- UKG certifications are a nice to have.
- Proven experience with UKG Pro and UKG WFM (certifications preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are an asset.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
