Job Summary
As a Route Scheduler, you will:
- Schedule the daily servicing of various office coffee, vending and micromarket services
- Ensures correct machine/asset setup in the system including pre-pick groups, scheduling settings, depletion levels, incorrect/duplicate addresses, incorrect pricing, etc.
- Performs machine/asset merchandising as per the Branch plan
- In conjunction with Operations team, monitors resource constraints such as labour availability and capacity.
- Make route optimization recommendations to Operations team.
About you:
- Previous scheduling experience is essential.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability to function in a collaborative, interdepartmental setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Advanced time management and organization skills to balance and coordinate effort across multiple, concurrent activities.
