Job Summary
This person will be responsible for collecting online orders and getting them ready for pick up and shipment.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Retail E-Commerce Associate, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Print and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Ship orders using online applications (ShipStation)
- Connect with customers regarding updates on their order and other inquiries
- Organize orders for BOPIS (Buy Online Pickup in Store) so that customers can be served quickly and with ease
- Update product listings with inventory corrections as necessary (Shopify)
- Communicate with E-Commerce Supervisor/E-Commerce Manager regarding any issues with orders, product selection, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by E-Commerce Manager/E-Commerce Supervisor
