Pay Range
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.

Chefs Hall is a dynamic, high-energy downtown food hall featuring multiple chef-driven concepts and three distinct bar programs under one roof. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Bar Manager to lead, elevate, and grow our beverage operations.

The Bar Manager reports directly to the General Manager and plays a key leadership role in shaping the guest experience, driving financial performance, and curating seasonal bar menus in collaboration with the broader leadership team.
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Bar Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Oversee the daily operations of our high volume bar, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all locations
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience through strong service standards, product knowledge, and team engagement
- Maintain compliance with all AGCO regulations, Smart Serve requirements, health & safety standards, and company policies
- Conduct performance coaching, evaluations, and ongoing skills development
- Build bench strength and support career growth within the bar team
- Execute regular inventory counts and variance analysis
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue through pricing strategy, promotions, and menu engineering
- Play a hands-on role in the seasonal curation and development of bar menus
- Collaborate with the General Manager and corporate partners on cocktail programs, beer, wine, and spirit selections
- Stay current on industry trends, premium spirits, craft cocktails, and guest preferences
- Communicate regularly with leadership on performance, opportunities, and challenges

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bar Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously
- Solid understanding of beverage cost control, inventory, and labor management
- Passion for hospitality, cocktails, spirits, wine, and guest experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a bustling downtown environment
- Smart Serve certified
- Experience within food halls, multi-concept venues, or large hospitality groups is an asset
