Job Summary
Overview: We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and talented Director of Operations Remote Sites with exceptional people skills to join our team.
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Director of Operations (Food Services), we’d ask you to do the following for us:
• Manage client relations
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff
• Menu planning
• Ensure compliance with strict quality assurance, health & safety and environmental programs
Think you have what it takes to be one of our Director of Operations? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role
• Post-secondary education with at least 5 years of foodservice or related management experience in an equivalent, high-volume retail food service environment. Experience managing a large team of associates and managers is a must.
• Experience in Remote sites
• Proven financial management skills, including ability to control product and labour costs and analyze information.
• Experience working with high volume operations with multiple food concepts.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills in French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of any POS System is an asset
